What is covered by Rent Guarantee?

Rent Guarantee protects landlords whose tenants default on payment of their rent.
Simple Rent Guarantee provides the following protection:

Rent Guarantee
Rental Arrears	Up to £15,000 of cover Maximum of six rental arrears payments (excess of one month's rental payments will be deducted)
Pursuit of Rent Arrears .	If there is a breach by the tenant of any of their obligations under the tenancy agreement Simple provides up to £10,000 Legal Expenses cover for: - The eviction of anyone in the property without your permission. - The defence of civil or criminal proceedings in respect of any act or omission or alleged act or omission by you arising out of your ownership or management of the property.
