Important Information
Your Simple Rent Guarantee policy is a 'claims made' policy. This means that it only covers claims notified to us during the period of insurance and within 30 days of any circumstance which may give rise to any claim.
You must have obtained and be able to produce a satisfactory Tenant Reference as defined within the policy booklet for cover to be valid.
Please note that if you engage the services of anyone prior to making contact with the Helpline above and incur any costs without our prior written approval these costs will not be covered by this insurance.
